To kick things off we offer our customers a free 1-2-1 onboarding session, where we’ll walk you through setting up your sites, provide advice and answer any queries that you may have.
We’ve also got a dedicated Help Center which includes a great selection of online support including videos, online tutorials, FAQs and other learning resources.
We run regular general learning webinars and more specialist and use case sessions too, so if you need to set up anything from a company intranet to a Google Drive employee Portal we can help you out. There’s a comprehensive online support service available through our dedicated helpdesk, where you can raise and monitor tickets; or if you prefer, you can also raise a support ticket by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
