You get great support with OverDRIVE!
We provide a comprehensive online support service through our dedicated helpdesk and as most organisations use the standard OverDRIVE service, that level of support is included within the licence fee. You get an online account so you can raise and monitor tickets; or if you prefer, you can also raise a support ticket by emailing email@example.com
Deployment and training
OverDRIVE can be used for many different purposes, ranging from a simple intranet to a complex project workspace or a digital asset management portal.
We recommend that OverDRIVE is set up initially by a G Suite, IT or Web administrator although other people with IT or web skills and experience (eg a marketing executive) should find the setup reasonably straightforward. Take a quick look at our Product Help section for Setup and User Guides, to help you get a feel for what’s involved.
We assume that your administrator already has experience with Google Drive but if not, we’ll happily help out and can provide training courses and webinars. We offer free webinars on setting up OverDRIVE and online consultancy workshops, typically 2 hours, where we can help you to set up OverDRIVE, provide advice and answer any queries that you have.
If you need advice, training or consultancy support on planning and deploying OverDRIVE, please just get in touch.
Not already using Google Drive?
Generally for corporate use your domain users will need access to Drive and this is available through a G Suite subscription which is from £33 per user per annum or £79 with unlimited storage (which we recommend in most situations). As a Google Partner we can help you out with this and set up the subscriptions you might need.
G Suite provides a range of other powerful features and capabilities, such as email, but they’re optional - all you need for OverDRIVE is Drive itself so if you only need access for a department or a project team, there is no need for a company-wide decision on adopting Google although it’s an option for you to consider.
We provide guidance on deploying and using OverDRIVE, just take a wander around our Support pages and for Setup instructions and User Guide, please see Product Help.
